细胞凋亡在膀胱移行细胞癌中的预后价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨细胞凋亡在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)生物学行为中的作用。方法用TUNEL法检测11例正常膀胱黏膜和83例PTCC中的凋亡指数。结果细胞凋亡指数(AI)在正常膀胱黏膜明显低于BTCC(P<0.01)。在BTCC中,AI随着病理分级的增高而增高,各级之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。AI在Tis-T1期明显低于T2-T4期(P<0.01);复发死亡组明显高于无复发组(P<0.05)。相关分析AI与病理分级及临床分期呈正相关。Cox多因数分析AI与复发死亡有关。结论AI高者的治疗效果及预后较差,但不能单独由AI的高低来判断肿瘤的发展和肿瘤的预后。 Objective To explore function of apoptosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Apoptosis Index (AI) was assessed with TUNEL technique, which was calculated in 83 cases of the carcinoma and 11 cases normal bladder mucosa. Results AI of normal bladder mucosa positive high than that of BTCC (P〈0.01). AI increased with the tumor stage and grade increasing. AI were related to recidivism and death of the tumor. Conclusion High AI of the tumor suggeste that patients have a worse prognosis and poor reaction to the therapy, but unable to solitary becide tumor progression and prognosis by AI marber.
