摘要
目的:探讨高血压脑出血微创手术治疗的疗效.方法:固定硬通道技术钻孔、抽吸、冲洗、引流治疗高血压脑出血.结果:ADLⅠ级18例,Ⅱ级26例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级4例.死亡7例.结论:固定硬通道技术治疗脑出血的疗效明显优于其它手术方法,致残率和病死率低,生活质量高.
Object：To discuss the curative effect of microtraumatic operation treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Trephination, aspiration, irrigation and drainage were applied to treat this disease. Results ： Class Ⅰ for ADL in 18 cases, class Ⅱ in 26, class Ⅲ in 10, class Ⅳ in 4 and death in 7. Conclusion ： Fixed rigid - channel technology treating cerebral hemorrhage is superior to other operation approaches, and it can reduce disability rate and fatality rate , and fatality rate, and improve quality of life.
