氯沙坦和苯那普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疗效观察

摘要 63例糖尿病肾病(DN)患者,尿白蛋白排泄(UAE)〉300mg/d。随机分成氯沙坦组(A组)20例,男10例,女10例,平均年龄45.2岁,平均病程6.6g;苯那普利组(B组)21例,男11例,女10例,平均年龄44.1岁,平均病程6.5年;苯那普利+氯沙坦组(C组)22例,男12例,女10例,平均年龄45.8岁,平均病程6.3年。3组具有可比性。
