摘要
目的用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法)测定茵陈退黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Alltech色谱柱,检测波长为274nm,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1),流速为1mL/min。结果黄芩苷浓度在0.02114~0.2114mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程Y=1.2359×107X-1.3808×105,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.31%,RSD为1.28%,3批茵陈退黄合剂中黄芩苷含量在1.47~3.16mg/mL之间。结论RP-HPLC法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin content in Yinchentuihuang mixture. Methods Baicalin was separated by Alltech column using methanol- water-acetic acid (50:50:1) as a mobile phase and detecting wavelength was at 274 nm, The flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship within a ranger of 0.021 14 -0. 211 4 mg/mL. The regressive equation was Y= 1.235 9 × 10^7X- 1.380 8 ×10^5, r=0.999 9. The average recovery rate of this method was 97.31%, RSD was 1.28%. According to the test done to three batches of Yinehentuihuang mixture, the content of baiealin was from 1.47 -3.16 mg/mL. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducibility. It can be used for quality control in production of Yinehentuihuang mixture.
