摘要
空调器焓值法测试台中,空气接收混合箱的设计和湿球温度的测量准确度直接影响着测试精度。仿真结果表明,通过在接收箱内加装带有挡流板和导风板的混合器,对气流的均匀扩散、测量精度的提高有明显效果。取样风速为5~7m/s时,所测得湿球温度与空气实际的湿球温度偏差仅0.15%。
ABSTRACT Design of air mixture receive box and measuring accuracy wet-bulb temperature affect the measuring accuracy directly in air enthalpy difference test system. The simulation result indicates that there is a good effect for installing a mixture receive device with a baffle and an educed board to diffuse the airflow uniformly and to improve the measuring accuracy. When the velocity of air is 5~7 m/s, the difference between testing wet-bulb temperature and real wet-bulb temperature is below 0.15 %.
