摘要
对大面积形体实现高精度三维无接触检测,是三维检测技术研究的难点和热点。提出了基于编码标志点的框架拼接法,采用数码相机三维重构与结构光三维扫描技术相结合的方法,实现了大面积形体的三维精确测量。阐述了大面积形体测量拼接框架构造的基本原理,对其中的关键技术如数码相机的标志点三维检测与重构,局部点云与空间框架的拼接进行了介绍,并给出了检测实例。实验表明该系统具有操作方便、测量范围大、测量精度高等的特点。
Measuring large surface accurately without contacting the body has been a focus in 3D measurement research. In this paper, the method of frame registration based on the coded points is proposed and large surface is measured through 3D reconstruction and 3D scanning with structured light. This paper introduces the elements of constructing the frame of large surface registration Several key implementing techniques including detecting the marked points and matching the local points cloud with the frame is in- troduced. An experiment was given to verify the simplification and feasibility of the large object 3D measurement and registration , system with high precision.
