摘要
分析了多晶硅薄膜晶体管(poly-SiTFT)的象素结构,和数字源驱动电路的驱动原理及基本构成。针对分辨率为600×800的64级灰度的VGA显示屏,对传统的源驱动电路进行了改进,大幅度减少了DAC的数目,从而减小芯片面积,降低整个芯片的功耗。DAC采用分段译码方式实现γ校正,完成了6位DAC电路的实现。电路采用Cadence进行仿真,并给出了仿真结果波形。
The structure of poly-si TFT with active matrix driving is analysed. The driving elements of the source driver and its basic structure is also discussed. Based on a TFT LCD panel of 800× 600 resolving power which is conformed to the SVGA standards, the tradition source driver is ameliorated, The number of DAC circuit is reduced largely, so the area of this chip is reduced and the consume is also cutted down. This circuit is simulated with Cadence, the scheduling is presented in the end of this article.
