摘要
建立了电力系统电压无功调整的数学模型,以保证电网电压与额定值偏差最小的目标;引入不可行度处理该模型的约束条件,取代传统的罚函数,并结合改进的遗传因子用于地区电网电压无功的稳态运行调整中。论述了不可行度改进遗传算法的实现原理和程序流程,并解决了实际应用中有关离散变量处理等问题。计算结果表明,该算法较好地平衡来自目标函数最优化和约束条件限制的压力,有效地改善电压质量。
Voltage regulation is a core problem of this paper.Mathematic model of the regulation ensuring the minimal gap between actual value and rating value of voltage has been established.An improved genetic mechanism with infeasibility degree was applied in the regulation of a regional power system.In this paper,modified algorithm and program flow were discussed in detail from the mathematic attitude,and several problems in practical implementation have been solved such as the treatment of discrete variables.The test demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively balance the pressure from optimal target function and constraints of the variables and improve the voltage quality.
