摘要
财政政策与货币政策是宏观调控市场经济的两大政策工具,加强二者之间的协调配合,对减轻周期波动,保持我国宏观经济的稳定性,保障改革的顺利推进,都具有举足轻重的意义。本文拟在实证分析二者配合的情况和存在的问题基础上,进一步探讨实现财政政策和货币政策协调配合的机制。
Financial and monetary policies are two main tools in marketeconomy's macro—control and adjustment. To intensify thecoordination of the two is of great importance so as to alleviateeconomic fluctuation, to stabilize our macro—economy and to ensurethe smooth advancement of our reforms. On the basis of practicalanalysis of the relationship of the two and the existing problems, this article is to probe into a mechanism which can realize therational coordination of financial and monetary policies.
