摘要
面向产品概念设计自动化,把生命系统的创造性和创新智能充分利用到产品设计中,提出了以生命为原型的设计原理和基于生命体结构与过程原型的生长型产品概念结构设计方法,构建了支持该观点的产品结构模型和信息模型,讨论了实施生长型设计系统原型的关键技术,包括人类需求处理和生长型设计过程,开发了生长型概念结构设计系原型,以滚字夹具设计为例验证了该方法的有效性。
A new Life-Originated-Design principle is introduced to make full use of creative and innovative intelligence of living systems for product conceptual design automation. A growing design approach based on life cell structure and growth process prototype is proposed. A product structure and information model which supports this design process was constructed. The key aspects for implementation of a growth design system prototype are discussed;human needs processing and cell-growth product design process. A growth conceptual structure design system is developed. Finally a fixture design case study has shown good operability and high efficiency of the approach.
