摘要
目的了解某地区消防官兵的心理健康状况,为消防官兵的心理卫生保健工作提供参考。方法采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某地区的147名消防官兵进行调查测试。结果该地区消防官兵在SCL-90各因子得分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.001)。结论被调查的消防官兵的心理健康水平低于全国正常成人,有两成的消防官兵确实存在着一些或重或轻的心理问题,一些弱势消防人员,如学历越低、职务越低、非中共党员、工作越基层的消防官兵存在的心理问题更为明显。
Objective To understand the firefighters＇ psychological health status, and to provide suggestions for their psychological health protect.ion. Methods To adopt the spiritual symptom self-comment level （SCL--90） to measure and test 147 firefighters in a certain area. Results The firefighters in this area obtained a score obviously higher than the model of the whole country in the measurement of SCL--90, i.e. there was a very apparent difference （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The psychological health level of the investigated firefighters is lower than the normal adults＇ with 20% of them suffered from somewhat psychological barriers, especially those in disadvantageous conditions, such as less schooling, lower ranks, non- CPC, working at basal units.
