催化合成水杨酸甲酯的研究与表征 被引量:7

摘要 在以水杨酸和甲醇为原料催化合成水杨酸甲酯的实验中,考察了固体超强酸、磷钨酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、氯化铁和硫酸氢钠等几种催化剂。结果表明,硫酸氧钠的催化活性高,是一种比较好的酯化反应催化剂,适于催化合成水杨酸甲酯。同时考察了反应时间、甲醇用量、催化剂用量、反应温度对合成水杨酸甲酯产率的影响。实验结果表明,当反应时间为7h,水杨酸与甲醇的物质量的比为1:5,催化剂用量为2g,反应温度为72℃时,水杨酸甲酯的产率可达到72%~78.5%。对水杨酸甲酯产品进行了折光率和粘度测定以及气相色谱定性定量分析,证明产品纯度理想。 Methyl salicylate was catalytically synthesized with salicylic acid and methyl alcohol as raw materials, Several catalysts were exanmael. including solid strong acid, phosphotungstic acid, sodium dodium dodecyl sulfate, polyethylene glycol, ferric chloride and sodium hydrogensulfate. The sodium hydrogen sulfate exhibited higher catalytic activity and is a better catalyst in esterification process. The effects of reaction time, doses of methyl alcohol and catalyst, and reaction temperature on the yield of methyl salicylate were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of reaction time 7h, the ratio of carbinol and salicyli acid 1:5,(w/w), the dose of catalyst 2g and the reaction temperature 72℃, the yield of methyl salicylate is 72 % ~78.5 %. The refraction coefficient and viscosity measurements and gas chromatographic analysis demonstrate that the purity of the product is satisfactory.
