摘要
在计算机模拟的基础上,使用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜对钛合金基体及其成分元素的可见光谱进行了分析,摄制了彩色谱图,研究了钛合金可见光谱的特征和看谱分析方法。结果证明,看谱镜可用于钛合金基体鉴别及各成分元素的定性和半定量分析。
The visible spectra of Ti-based alloys were analyzed with grating spectroscope and prism spectroscope. The color spectra obtained with spectroscope were compared with simulated spectra. The characteristics of visible spectra of Ti-based alloys and spectroscopic analysis method were studied. It is shown that the qualitave analysis and semi-quantitative analysis of matrix and constituent elements of Ti-based alloys by using spectroscope are feasible.
