摘要
产业组织理论认为:市场的结构决定企业的行为,最终影响企业的绩效。本文从石油行业的特点入手,应用产业组织理论,详细地分析了中国石油行业的结构特征,利用中国的石油消费弹性系数、集中度以及合谋程度说明石油行业中企业的市场势力,认为中国的石油行业形成了上游中度垄断下游近似完全竞争的市场结构。
structure-conduct-preference (SCP) analysis method plays an important role in industrial economics research. In this paper, on the basis of the model and data, the authors use SCP method to descript the petroleum industry in China, observe the degree of concentration of China' s petroleum industry and the petroleum consuming elastic index. The authors find that the degree of concentration is high in the petroleum exploration and excavation but low in the petroleum byproduct industry. The characteristics of petroleum industry is oligopolistic economy in superordinate industry and competition in subordinate industry. Finally, the authors make corresponding comments on the petroleum consumption in China, and conclude that the consumption of petroleum is inelastic.
