摘要
研究了利用自动蛋白质测定仪的蒸馏装置,采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定香菇中的甲醛。结果发现在香菇样品粉碎过20目筛。浸泡时间4h以上,称样质量为2g,蒸馏体积20mL为最优检测条件。回收率为87% ̄96%。
This article studies dsitilling equipment of using the auto protein-measuring instrument, empoly the acetylcholine spectrophoto method to determine the formaldehyde content in the mushroom. As a result, the best measuring condition is: smashing the mushroom sample and separate in by the 20 mesh bolt, then soaking in the water for more than 4h, take 2g of the sample, control the distilling volume at 200 mL.The recycle percent is between 87%-96%.
