摘要
以工程实例说明了大偏心拉压荷载作用下,桩筏基础设计的基本要点和方法,通过应用变刚度调平布桩和桩基后压浆技术,使所有工况下的荷载中心与反力中心的间距均满足规范要求,从而在技术合理结构安全的前提下降低桩筏基础工程量,达到优化设计目的。
In this paper, the basic key points of the design of piled raft foundation under eccentric tension-compression loads are discussed with project instances. By the changeable-stiffness pile arrangement and post-grouting technology of piled foundation, the spaces between the center of load and reaction under all operating conditions are adjusted to meet the requirements of codes. This technique reduces the construction volume of piled raft foundation under the premise of reasonable technology and structure safety to achieve the aim of design optimization.
