摘要
本文阐述了空调水系统变频节能的原理,包括水泵相似定律的适用性、水泵的有效功率与总功率、水泵理论效率曲线与实际效率曲线、水泵变频调速的范围。探讨了几种不同的控制策略(如定扬程控制、定温差控制、定末端压差控制、最小阻力控制等)在空调水系统(开式系统、闭式系统)中的应用和节能效益。最后,论述了一次泵变流量系统的节能原理和控制方案。
In this paper,the energy saving principles of inverter in air conditioning water system were firstly pointed out, including the applicability of similitude law for pumps, the effective power and total power of pumps, the theoretical and practical constant efficiency curves of pumps,and the range of variable frequency. Secondly,the application and energy saving effect of several different control strategies in air conditioning water system(open system or close system) were discussed, such as constant pump head control, constant temperature difference control, constant pressure difference control, minimum resistance control. At last, the energy saving principles and control methods of variable water flow rate primary pump system were presented.
