摘要
机械零件结构设计与工程分析一般不能在同一环境下进行,因而造成文件转换繁琐、设计效率低等问题.提出了在Solid Works环境下,解决这一问题的方法.按照零件三维建模,利用Solid Works的有限元分析功能对零件进行应力、应变、疲劳等分析,并动态、可视化地呈现出变形情况、各个节点的应力数值、安全系数等数字信息,并依此对零件进行结构修改,优化设计的思路,实现了机械零件结构设计与工程分析的一体化和数字化.
The structure design and engineering analysis of mechanical parts can not be finished in the same environment generally. So some problems appeared, such as inconvenient files switching, inefficient designing and so on. This paper raises a method under the running Solid Works software, which achieves the unified and digital structural designing and engineering analysis of machinery parts. Based on 3D model building of the machinery parts, and using the finite element analysis software COMMOS Works belongs to Solid Works, input work conditions, and then the system can do some analyses such as strains, stresses and fatigue toward the parts automatically and quickly. Some digital information about transformation, points' stresses, and coefficient of safety can be seen dynamically so as to modify the parts' structure and optimize designing.
