内皮素1及其受体与卵巢癌浸润转移研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 内皮素(ET)在卵巢癌的发生、发展、浸润、转移过程中起着重要作用。研究发现,ET在卵巢癌中起着分泌和旁分泌的作用,通过内皮素受体A(ETA)与表皮生长因子、血管内皮生长因子、环氧合酶等相互作用,促进卵巢癌细胞的有丝分裂和卵巢癌的新生血管的形成,抑制卵巢癌细胞的凋亡,促进卵巢癌细胞的转移;而且ETA特异性受体阻断剂如能够有效地阻断ET-1的上述作用,可抑制肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移。这些作用机制的研究为卵巢癌的治疗提供了新的方法。
