摘要
提出在对外地车收费方面采用基于电子警察技术的城市外地车联网收费系统的设计方法,从而解决了由于目前城市对外地车进城收费的收费站布局不太合理,既起不到全面收费的作用,又对城市主要道路交通顺畅带来负面影响的问题.对通过该系统的联网收费、车牌自动识别等关键技术的分析和系统设计,确保了该系统的正常、高效工作,从而把电子警察技术的应用拓展到城市交通收费领域,提高了城市道路交通的经济效益和社会效益.
A design for the on-line toll system based on electronic police's technology for nonlocal cars is proposed. The problem is solved that the arrangement of the toll stations for nonlocal cars is not reasonable, which can not play a role in tolling all around but bring negative effect to the situation of the main road traffic of cities. Key technologies for normal and high efficient work of the system such as the on-line toll technology and the automatic recognition of vehicle license technology are analyzed. In this way, the application of electronic police's technology can be applied to the domain of the urban traffic toll. The efficiency of urban traffic and social benefit will be boosted greatly.
