摘要
日本教师录用制度在法制化建设、录用价值取向、录用考试实施等方面具有鲜明的特征。日本在教师录用过程中的成功做法,给我国当前教师教育制度改革提供了很好的借鉴。
The teacher employment institution in Japan has many marked features in legal system, values orientation and test implementation. The successful experience of the teacher employment institution of Japan will provide valuable inspirations for the current reform of teacher education in China.
