摘要
教学督导与教学评估工作是高等院校教学质量保障体系中的重要环节。构建校院两级管理体制下的教学督导与评估体系是目前我国高等教育发展的需要。如此能发挥学校宏观监控和院系自我约束、自我管理和自我发展的双重积极性,促进教学督导由重“督”向重“导”的转变。
Teaching surveillance and evaluation plays an important role in the quality guarantee system of higher education and it is necessary to construct a system of teaching surveillance and evaluation under the two-level management in universities in China. In this way initiatives of the college and the university will be promoted, with macrosurveillance at the university level and self-control and monitoring at the college level, impelling a transformation from surveillance to guidance.
