摘要
本文将偶氯肿Ⅲ测定血清钙的方法应用于自动化分析中。实验结果表明:钙标准曲线在0—5mmol/L 范围内呈线性,该方法与邻甲酚酞络合酮(OC PC)法的测定结果有较好的相关性。
The arsenazo Ⅲ method was used for auto—analysis of serum calcium.The results showed that standard curve for calcium was linear beeween 0—5mmol/L.The result from this method were closely related to that from OCPC.
