摘要
目的探讨深圳地区健康体检人群甲状腺功能紊乱的发病情况。方法随机抽取于2005年11月-2006年3月体检的健康体检者血清3439份-20℃冻存，记录样本信息，采用化学发光法集中定量检测TSH，TSH结果异常者加测FT3和FT4。结果各型甲状腺功能紊乱总的检出率：甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）为0.5％，甲状腺功能减退（甲减）为0．52％，亚临床型甲亢为2．1％，亚临床甲减1．9％。结论本地区甲状腺功能紊乱以亚临床型为主，且不同性别不同年龄段发病率有所不同，具有统计学意义。
Objective To survey the incidence of thyroid dysfunction in the general population of Shenzhen City. Methods Blood samples from 3 439 individuals were collected and assayed for thyrotropin, free T3/T4 were detected in those with abnormal thyrotropin using quantitative chemilluminescenee. Results The positive rates of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism,subclinical hy- perthyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism were 0.5 %, 0.52 %, 2.1% and 1.9 %, respectively. Conclusions The thyroid functional disorders are maiuly in subclinical types and their incidences vary greatly in different age and sex groups in Shenzhen City.
