增益开关激光脉冲时基抖动的测量方法

摘要 分析了增益开关激光脉冲抖动产生的原因及其分类.系统介绍了取样示波器法、相位噪声法、谐波分析法和互相关法等测量脉冲抖动的方法,并总结了它们的优缺点及适用范围. The origins and classification of jitter for gain- switched laser pulse are analyzed in the paper, Four kinds of inethods for jitter measurement, such as rumpling oscilloscope measurement, phase noise measurement, spectral measurement and correlation measurement, are described systemically, and the strrongpoint, shortcoming and application range of each method are summarized, respectively.
