人胎肺发育过程中P53和Bax的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测P53、Bax在人胎肺中的表达特征,探讨两者在胎肺发育中的意义。方法16-35周人胎肺15例,中性福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,5μm厚切片,常规HE染色;免疫组化SP法检测P53和Bax在胎肺中的表达特征。结果P53和Bax的表达主要定位于各级支气管上皮和原始肺泡上皮细胞。其中,在发育晚期,P53主要在Ⅱ型肺泡细胞中阳性表达,胎肺间质中始终未见P53阳性表达细胞,而Bax在周围的间质细胞中有表达,且随着胎肺的发育逐渐减弱。结论在胎肺发育过程中,P53和Bax的激活和抑制遵循严格的时空性规律,通过调控凋亡的方式,参与胎肺发育和成熟。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of P53 and Bax in fetal lungs. Methods The expression of P53 and Bax proteins were investigated by SP immunohistochemical technique in 15 cases of fetal lungs. Results P53 and Bax were expressed throughout fetal lung development, mainly in bronchial epithelial cells and in alveolar cells. During the primitive sac stage, P53 was expressed in type Ⅱ cells. Bax was also expressed in mesenchymal cells. With the development of fetal lung, the positive mesenehymal cells were fewer. Conclusion The modulation of P53 and Bax expression in the apoptotie cascades during these gestational ages suggests the complex interaction of controlled genes expression according to temporal and spatial laws. They play an important role in the development of fetal lung.
