摘要
应用17条随机引物分析了41份甜瓜种质的遗传多样性,结果表明甜瓜存在较大的遗传差异,其遗传距离的变异幅度在0.06-0.48之间,平均为0.31;厚皮甜瓜种质之间的遗传距离比薄皮甜瓜的大,而且厚皮甜瓜不同种质之间也可能存在较大的遗传距离,说明厚皮甜瓜与薄皮甜瓜之间或不同厚皮甜瓜种质之间配制的杂交组合可能有较强的杂种优势.41份甜瓜种质聚为两类:一类包括18份厚皮甜瓜、17份薄皮甜瓜和2份野生甜瓜种质,另一类包括4份厚皮甜瓜种质.
Genetic diversity among 41 melon( Cucumis melo L. )germplasms were analysized by 17 random primers. The results showed that melon exited relative large genetic variation. Genetic distance (GD) ranged from 0.06 to 0.48, and the average was 0.31. GD of thick-peel melon was larger than thin-peel' s, in addition, GD between different thick-peel melon might be large, it indicated that crosses between thick-peel melon and thin-peel melon or between different thick-peel melon might bring large heterosis. Cluster analysis divided into two groups, one group included 18 thick-peel, 17 thin-peel and 2 wild melon germplasms, the other group included 4 thick-peel melon germplasms.
