摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定别嘌醇片含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(75:25:0.2),检测波长为251 nm;流速为1 ml·min-1。结果:别嘌醇浓度在8~72μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为别嘌醇片的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of allopurinol tablets. Method: The Shim-pack C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm , 5 μm ) was used, The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial-acetic acid ( 75: 25: 0.2 ) , The detection wavelength was at 251 nm, The flow rate was 1 ml·min ^-1. Result: the linear range of allopurinol was 8-72 μg ·ml^-1 ( r = 0.9999 ). The average recovery was 99.3% with RSD 1.5 % (n = 9 ). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determination the content of allopurinol tablets.
