摘要
目的对夹心式纵扭复合振动模式压电超声马达的共振频率进行理论研究。方法根据纵扭复合超声换能器纵向振动模式及扭转振动模式的共振频率方程,首次提出负载因子的概念。结果得出了纵扭复合型超声马达谐振频率与负载的变化关系。实验表明,超声马达纵扭各自共振频率的理论计算值与测试值基本符合。结论为纵扭复合型超声马达的设计提供了一定的理论基础。
Aim To study resonance frequencies of longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor. Methods Put forward the concept of load factor for the first time based on the one dimensional respective frequency equations of the longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor. Results The change relations between resonance frequencies and load of longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor were got. Experiments show that the measured resonance frequencies are in good agreement with the computed results. Conclusion The oretical foundation is provided for designing longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor.
