摘要
目的制备一种环保型分散染料微胶囊,解决分散染料在纺织行业中的使用难题。方法用对苯二甲酰氯、乙二胺作单体,采用界面聚合法制备分散蓝2BLN微胶囊;用红外及核磁共振对其结构进行表征;扫描电子显微镜在不同制备条件对其粒径进行测定。结果分析样品红外及核磁共振图谱,表明产品为设计目标物,研究了不同制备条件对微胶囊粒径及分布的影响。较佳的制备条件为介质pH12、反应温度为25℃左右、乳化剂OP-10用量1.5%,乙二胺在5m in内匀速加入。结论水相单体加入方式对微胶囊形状影响很大,适宜的速度才能制备出规则的微胶囊。
Aim To weaving. Methods produce a polyamide microcapsule which will not pollute the environment in the spinning and Choose disperse dye 2BLN as the core, p-benzoyl chloride, 1,2-diaminoethane, as the wall materials and interfacial polymerization. Characterized by infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance; use the electricity telescope to scan its grain size in different condition. Results The plates of the infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance were analyzed, the production is expected, and the grain size and spread of the microcapsule in different condition were studied. The better condition is: medium: pH = 12; Temperature: 25C; emulsifier:OP- 10, 1.5 % dropping time of uniformity 1,2-diaminoethane :5 minute. Conclusion The way of water phase add into micro-capsule has great influence to it's form, only proper speed can produce rule micro-capsule.
