摘要
目的提高新生儿足跟血采集的成功率。方法临床选取164例新生儿,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组新生儿在抚触后采集足跟血,对照组新生儿抚触前采集足跟血,比较两组采血效果。结果实验组采血成功率明显高于对照组,2组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论新生儿抚触可以明显提高足跟血采集成功率,减少新生儿痛苦,值得推广应用。
Objective To promote the success rate of collecting heel blood sample of newborn. Methods 164 healthy newborns were divided into two groups randomly. Newborns in experimental group were collected heel blood sample after massage and those in control group were collected heel blood before massage. The effects of taking blood sample in newborns＇ heels were compared between two groups with χ^2 test. Results Success rate of collecting heel blood sample of experimental group was higher than that of control group and the difference was significant （χ^2= 36. 87, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Newborn massage can improve the success rate of collecting heel blood sample and ease their pain, so it is worth popularizing.
