摘要
通过对近几年鞍钢人造富矿的矿物组成与显微结构的研究,分析了影响烧结矿和球团矿冶金强度的原因,认为烧结矿中硅酸二钙含量较高会加剧烧结矿低温粉化。提出在实际生产中应降低烧结温度、加强熔剂和燃料的破碎,以降低硅酸二钙的含量。
Reasons influencing metallurgical strength of sinter and pellet are analyzed through studying the mineral composition and microstructure of agglomerate material in Angang in recently years. It is considered that more content of bicalcium in sinter can intently sinter powdering at low temperature. In order to reduce content of bicalcium, sintering temperature should be reduced and flux and fuel should be enhanced to break in practical production.
