巨桉生长性状、耐寒力与木材品质的遗传变异研究 被引量:2

摘要 对8年生巨桉种源家系试验林的调查分析表明,巨桉种源、家系间在生长性状和耐寒能力上存在极显著差异,且这些性状主要由遗传因素控制,具有较高的遗传力;巨桉主干通直度、分枝度在种源家系间不存在显著差异;树皮厚度、树皮百分率、木材密度和红心材比率在种源间均不存在显著差异,但在家系间存在显著或极显著差异,其中木材密度和红心材比率具有中等程度的遗传力。通过综合指数选择法,选出了优良速生、耐寒家系和单株,并率先选择了速生、耐寒且木材品质好的优良单株。 The growth, frost injury and wood properties of the provenances and families in an 8 - year - old E. grandis trial were measured and analyzed comprehensively. The variance of growth, i.e. height, diam- eter - breast - height and volume, and frost injury index was very significant among the either provenances or families, while that of trunk straight and branching index is non - significant. The high heritability of growth and cold tolerance would suggest that both characteristics are mainly controlled genetically. For the wood characteristics, i.e. bark thickness, bark percentage, wood basic density and red - heart - wood percentage, significant or very significant variance was observed among the families and not among the provenances, although only the heritability of wood density and red - heart - wood percentage were up to mediate. Ultimately some elite families and trees with rapid growth, good cold tolerance and good wood properties were selected by a comprehensive index method.
