摘要
为了探索生物预处理工艺对高含水率和高有机物含量垃圾的预处理作用,研究基于试验的预处理生物模型,在物料平衡和能量平衡分析基础上,建立了有机质降解动力学模型、水分变化方程、热量平衡方程;选取相关预处理控制因子,根据构建的模型,采用已有的垃圾生物预处理试验的参数,对垃圾预处理过程中的挥发性固体、含水率、堆体温度、堆体质量的变化进行计算机动态模拟,模拟结果与试验数据吻合较好。
In order to probe the effect of bio - pretreatment of MSW with high water content and high organic subtance content. Based on study of experimental bio- pretreatment model, and analysis of mass balance and energy conservation, the dynamic model of degradation of biodegradable solids, moisture equation and heat balance formulas were set up. Choosing relative pretreatment controlling factors, according to the model of construct, using the ready - made bio - pretreatment experimental parameter of waste, computer simulation of variation of organic content, moisture content and temperature during pretreatment process of MSW was carried out. The simulation results were approximately consistent with experimental datum.
