摘要
本文报道了用石油焦、核桃壳为原料,以氢氧化钾为活化剂制备高表积活性碳的新工艺。研究了主要工艺条件对产品性能的影响。结果表明,最佳活化条件为:KOH与原料比为4∶1,活化温度800~900℃。
In this paper, the new technique to prepare high surface area activated carbon from walnut parting using chemical activation with alkali hydroxides were introduced. The influence of mian processing conditions were studied. Results shown, the optimal condition are as follows:KOH:C=4∶1, activating temperature:800~900℃.
