从硫铁矿烧渣中回收铁的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 对某地硫铁矿烧渣综合利用进行了新工艺研究,通过脱泥-磨矿-磁选-浮选联合流程选别全铁品位48.55%,硫品位为2.10%的硫铁矿烧渣,最终得到综合铁精矿品位61.68%,综合产率37.27%,综合回收率46.28%。同时最终铁精矿中残硫降为0.50%左右,可直接作为铁精矿原料。 A new process has been introduced for comprehensive utilization of pyrite cinder. Pyrite cinder with iron grade of 48.55% and sulfur grade of 2.10% was extracted, and adopting a flowsheet of desliming-grinding-magneticseparation-flotation, iron concentrate with a comprehensive grade of 61.68%, yield of 37.27% and recovery of 46.28% can be produced. Meanwhile, the residual sulfur grade of iron concentrate can be reduced to less than 0.50%, thereby the concentrate can be applied directly by the succeeding process without a further desulfurization treatment.
