摘要 研究了盐酸胍直接从碱性氰化液中萃取金的性能。考察了胍的浓度、氯离子浓度、水相中金的浓度、萃取时间、相比对金的萃取率的影响。胍的浓度小于0.04 mol/L时,金的萃取率低于72%,而在有机相中加入磷酸三丁酯TBP后,能使低浓度的胍对金有比较高的萃取率,如胍浓度为0.04 mol/L和TBP浓度为40%(V/V)时,金的萃取率达到91%。实验测出了胍从碱性氰化液中萃取金的方程式。研究了KSCN反萃金的性能,KSCN浓度为12 g/L时金的反萃率达到最高,为86.7%。 Performances of direct extraction of gold from alkaline cyanide solution with guanidine hydrochloride were studied. Several factors influencing the extraction rate, including guanidine concentration, chloride ion concentration, gold concentration in the aqueous phase, extracting time, and phase ratio, were investigated. For a guanidine concentration below 0.04 mol/L, no gold extraction rate higher than 72% can be achieved, and after TBP is introduced into the oil phase, more efficient extraction can be observedat even low concentration of extracting agent, and while the concentration of guanidine is 0.04 mol/L and that of TBP is 40% (V/V) , the extraction rate of gold can reach 91%. After the experiments, the equation of gold-extraction was determined. The performances of back-extraction of gold with KSCN were also discussed, and when KSCN concentration is 12 g/L, climax of back-extraction ratio (86.7%) can be attained.
