摘要
针对农业专家系统对农民文化水平要求高和面对面支农效率低的缺点,在分析流媒体技术特点的基础上,首次提出基于流媒体技术构建农业专家视频咨询平台的方案。该方案采用JM F实现了流媒体的捕获、处理、播放和控制,利用移动A gen t方便农户的操作,用RTSP-OVER-TCP技术解决了地址转换的流媒体传送问题。测试结果表明,该系统具有在线咨询、授课和会诊等功能,解决了传统支农方式的缺点,也适用于远程教学、远程医疗及远程监控等应用领域。
Traditional agricultural expert system requires highly of the peasant users, and face-to-face supporting runs ineffectively. In this paper,we present a video platform for agriculture expert consulting, which is based on JMF,to solve the bottleneck of technical agriculture supporting. This platform supports online communication for experts and peasants ,special technology session,and consultation. Audio,video, text and whiteboard communication are provided. The initial probation of this system is very successful,resuiting in effective agriculture supporting. This system is also suitable for remote teaching, diagnosis, and remote controlling etc.
