摘要
本研究对关节软骨损伤、Ⅱ型胶原（CⅡ）诱导的关节炎以及关节软骨损伤后施加Ⅱ型胶原三组大鼠进行了比较研究。结果表明：关节软骨损伤导致的CⅡ暴露可使CIA加重；不同关节发病情况存在着差异，以足部病变最为严重。结果提示：软骨细胞、滑膜细胞以及骨髓有核细胞间的相互作用在关节软骨损伤CIA的发展中可能起着一定的作用。
The joint cartilage minor injury,type Ⅱ collagen induced arthritis,and the effect of the injury on the typeⅡ collagen induced arthritis were comparatively observed in Wistar rats.The results show that the articular cartilage minor injury can cause acute synovitis in the injured joint,ane can not cause any inflammation in the healthy joint,and importantly,it cam exacerbate the arthritis induced by type Ⅱ collagen immunization.The results suggest that the interaction among chondrocyte,synovial cells and granulocyte of bone marrow may contribute to the joint inflammation.
