摘要
目的:测定栽培大青叶中11种金属元素含量。方法:先灰化,再用硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)常压微沸条件下消解大青叶样品,应用火焰原子吸收法测定栽培大青叶中的金属元素Na、K、Mg、Ca、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Co、Cr、Pb含量。研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件,并做了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:栽培大青叶中Na、K、Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn含量分别为251.1、11 447.0、902.4、8 337.4、10.8、351.6、22.4、52.9μg/g,Co、Cr、Pb未检出。方法的加样回收率为97.50%~102.50%(n=3),RSD为0.03%~2.50%(n=9)。结论:该测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果令人满意。
Objective: To determine the contents of metal elements in Folium Isatidis by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) method. Methods: FAAS method was established for the determination of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co, Cr, Pb in Folium Isatidis . First the Folium Isatidis sample was cinerated, then digested with HNO3-HClO4 (4 : 1) at 90-95 ℃ and normal pressure. Results: The contents of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn were 251.1, 11 447.0, 902.4, 8 337.4, 10.8, 351.6, 22.4 and 52.9 μg/g,respectively,and Co, Cr, Pb were not detected in the samples. The recovery rate of standard addition was 97.50%-102.50% (n=3) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0. 03 %-2. 50 % (n= 9). Conclusion: The method is quick, simple and convenient. The results are satisfactory.
