摘要
目的研究观察STI571(商品名格列卫)诱导Jurkat细胞株表达HLA-DR、CD-25分子的作用。方法不同浓度的STI571分别处理Jurkat细胞24h和48h后,用流式细胞仪检测细胞表达HLA-DR、CD-25的百分率。结果与空白对照相比,STI571在0.2~1.2μmol/L浓度下明显促进Jurkat细胞表达HLA-DR、CD-25分子,且诱导效应与时间相关;STI571处理48h比处理24h有更强的诱导效果。结论STI571可显著提高Jurkat细胞HLA-DR、CD-25分子表达率。
Objective To investigate effects of STI571 on HLA-DR and CD-25 expression in Jurkat cell line. Methods Jurkat cells were collected for FCM scan after having been incubated with series concentration of STI571 for 24 or 48 hours. Results Compared with the control, STI571 significantly enhanced the expression of HLA-DR and CD-25 in Jurkat cells within the concentration from 0.2μmol/L to 1.2 μmol/L The expression levels were higher in Jurkat cells treated for 48 hours than those for 24 hours. Conclusion STI571 can significantly induce the expression of HLA-DR and CD-25 in Jurkat cells.
