摘要
对某燃气轮机压气机断裂的马氏体不锈钢ASTM403叶片进行了宏观检查、化学成份分析、硬度测试、断口分析(体视显微镜和扫描电镜分析)、微观金相组织检验分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析,通过以上各项实验的综合分析并结合叶片运行工况特点,得出叶片断裂的主要原因是烟气颗粒对叶身冲蚀形成的点状凹坑缺陷在交变应力的作用下所引起的低周疲劳开裂。
Macroscopic check, chemical analysis, hardness test, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis, SEM and Energy spectrum analysis has been conducted for the martensitic stainless steel cracking blade of a gas turbine compressor. Through all of above test results associative with the blade operation characteristic, It is concluded that the main reason for blade cracking is that flue gas particle erosion induced spotted pits which under alternate stress condition thus result in low cycle fatigue crack.
