摘要
通过对40例肝脏扫描时间-密度曲线分析,找出较适合螺旋CT肝脏扫描的造影剂应用技术,测量了单、双时相注射的肝脏、主动脉和脾脏的增强值,并对最高增强值及对应时间、平衡期和增强值30Hu以上平衡期适合扫描的时间进行了分析,单时相注射的肝脏最高增强值高于双时相注射,到达时间比双时相早15秒,单时相注射平衡期比双时相提前20秒,增强值30Hu以上到平衡期时间单、双时相注射分别为35s和50s,所以,单时相注射更适于螺旋CT肝脏扫描。
The issue of optimal intravenous administration of contrast material for liver computed tomography(CT) had long been debated.The introduction of spiral CT had added to its complexity. The optimal techniques of contrast material injection were found for the spiral CT of the liver using time-density analysis in 40 patients. The enhancement of the liver, aorta and spleen after uni-and biphasic injection was measured. and the mean peak enhancement. the time to peak enhancement, equilibrium, and the time from enhancement above 30Hu to equilibrium were compared. The mean peak enhancement of the liver in uniphasic injection was greater than that in biphasic injection, and the time to peak enhancement was 15 seconds earlier than biphasic injection, equilibrium was 20 seconds earlier than biphasic injection. The time from enhancement above 30Hu to equilibrium in uniphasic and biphasic injection was 35 and 50 seconds. Respectively. Uniphasic injection was more suitable for the spiral CT of the liver, and biphasic injection should be chosen in conventional CT.
