摘要
根据一种基于加权的新型模糊偏好关系及计算模糊关系的解析表达式,集结不同决策者的偏好信息,得出群体偏好矩阵,进而求出最优方案.此外,为了使专家在决策时能就所决策的问题达成最大程度的一致,提出了一些“软的”度量专家在决策时所达成的一致程度的一些指标及计算方法,为进一步调整专家决策时的评估信息提供了依据.
A multiperson-multicertia decision-making is investigated based on fuzzy set theory and the linguistic evaluation of the experts. According to a new weighed fuzzy preerence relation and its computation method, the individual preference relations are obtained. Then these individual relations are aggregated based on the OWA operator to attain the objective preference relation. In addition, to obtain the maximum degree of consensus or agreement between the set of experts on the solution, set of alternatives measures are presented.
