摘要
以水热法制备纳米Fe3O4为例,用二次正交旋转回归设计法获得试验方案的指标值,并建立多元回归方程和二次规划数学模型,求解这一数学模型.实验证明,此方法工作量较小,优化数学模型的求解方法成熟,为确定制备纳米材料最佳运行工艺参数提供了一种新的有效途径.
A new method to determine optimal operating technical parameters in the process of preparing nano materials is put forward, as an example of nano-Fe3O4 powder by hydrothermal method. Based on the quadric orthogonal rotation regression design method, the index value of each experiment design is achieved and the quadratic programming mathematical model is presented. The experments show that workload is reduced, and the calculating procedure of the optimization mathematical model is mature. This is an effective new method to determine the optimal operating technical parameters of making up nano materials.
