摘要
针对拟定的两种轮毂结构方案,采用ANSYS及Pro/E对其结构分别进行有限元模态分析,得到不同结构形式下轮毂的前四阶振动频率和振型,根据实际工作要求,确定轮毂的较佳结构形式和轮毂上可安装的最大激振块数。
The finite element of modal analysis is carried out with the software of ANSYS and Pro/E to the two kinds of wheel - hub structures which studied out of tyre high speed test machine in the paper. After obtaining the different style of the wheel - hub of the first four steps vibration frequency ane resonance oscillation, according to prattical working instance, the better wheel -hub structural style and the biggest exciting block numbers are obtained.
