摘要
文章根据天然气发动机的具体参数和特性,探索电控喷射CNG发动机在燃料喷射、点火能量和稀燃等方面的控制规律,确定最优的控制参数,开展了喷射定时、点火能量及稀薄燃料等参数对发动机性能影响的试验研究工作,并根据试验结果分析,得出了以下结论:电控喷射WT615CNG发动机燃料喷射提前角要小些为宜;发动机稳定工作的点火能量在综合经济性、动力性和排放性的前提下,低速低负荷下较佳的点火能量范围在41~84mJ,在高速高负荷下较佳的点火能量范围为110~160mJ;稀薄燃烧时的过量空气系数在1.5左右为佳。
In this paper, based on the specific CNG engine parameters and characteristics, the influence of the injection timing, ignition energy and lean combustion for the engine is tested, in order to explore the control rules of fuel injection, ignition energy and lean combustion and then draw the following conclusions: small injection advance angle of electronic controlled injection CNG engine is optimum; under the preconditions of power performance, emission performance, fuel consumption and work stabilization of engine, the optimum range of ignition energy is from 41mJ to 84 mJ under the low speed and low load, and is from 110 mJ to 160 mJ under the high speed and high load; the optimum excessive air coefficient of lean combustion CNG engine is 1.5.
