摘要
介绍了当前容性设备在线监测与故障诊断的几种方法。对信号采集所用的传感器进行了介绍和对比,并着重介绍了基于磁性耦合方式的电子补偿零磁通传感器的原理。还介绍了根据三相泄漏电流和的变化判断容性设备绝缘状态的方法以及影响其测量结果的各种因素。对于介质损耗的测量,介绍了容性设备的串联等值电路及在线监测模型,及其测量原理和信号处理方法,并分析了利用傅立叶变换进行谐波分析的原理及其存在的不足,针对这些不足,介绍了基于小波变换的绝缘变化趋势的提取方法,几种信号预处理方法,梳状陷波器抑制法和海宁加权插值FFT算法及相关函数法。
Some on - line monitoring and fault diagnosis methods of capacitive equipment are introduced. Some kinds of current sensofa used by signal collection are introduced and compared, and the theory of electronic compensation zero- flux current sensor based on magnetic coupling mode is emphasized. And a method of judging capacitive equipment insulation baaed on the changing of three - phase leakage current sum is described as well as the influencing factors of measuring result. For the measurement of tanδ, the series equivalence circuit and on- line monitoring model, treasuring theory and signal processing method are described, and the theory and its shortcomings of harmonic analysis based on Fourier transform are analyzed. Aiming at these shortcomings, the application of wave transform to extract the trend of tgδ is described as well as aeveral methods of signal pre - processing, comb notch filter interference controlling method, Harming- windowed interpolated FFT algorithm and correlation function method.
