盐渍条件下林木种子的萌发特性 被引量:15

摘要 对不同树种、不同种源及不同家系的种子,在不同盐浓度条件下进行发芽试验。通过方差、多重比较及各种活力测定等方法分析,结果表明,樟子松种子在不同盐浓度条件下,种子发芽率差异极显著。种间存在耐盐性差异,各树种耐盐性由强至弱依次为兴安落叶松、鱼鳞云杉、红皮云杉、樟子松、长白落叶松。樟子松不同种源的种子相对发芽率差异显著。在0.9%盐浓度条件下,起源于海拉尔沙地的章古台人工林次生种源、错海人工林次生种源抗盐能力最强,平均种子发芽率为55.07%和39.37%。不同家系间的种子在盐浓度0.3%的条件下,相对发芽率差异极显著。 The seed germination of various species in different provenance and families were tested in different salinity Variance analysis, multiple comparison and seed vitality testing were also made during the study The results show that seed germination precent of Pinus sylvestris var mongolica in different salinity differ significantly The salt-tolerance ability for various species, from high to low, is Larix gmelini, Picea asterata, Picea jeziensis, Pinus sylvestris var mongolica, Larix olgensis Seeds of P sylvestris var mongolica from different provenance showed a significant difference in relative germination percent With 0 90% saline concentration, the individual seeds from secondary provenance of Zhanggutai plantation and Cuohai plantation have the highest salt-tolerance ability, and the germination rate was 55 07% and 39 73% respectively With 0 30% saline concentration, the relative germination rate of the seeds among various families also differ significantly, from which the salt-tolerance families can be determined
