摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备锰锌铁氧体粉末。首先用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米复合物,然后分别在700℃、900℃、1100℃下进行热处理,得到MnZn铁氧体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)对所制备的样品进行表征及分析。结果显示,热处理后样品形成了很好的尖晶石铁氧体纳米晶,平均晶粒尺寸约为20~50nm。同时也发现热处理温度对晶粒尺寸有显著影响。
Nanosized precursor powders were prepared by co-precipitation method, and subsquently sintered at 700℃, 900℃ and 1100℃ in air, respectively. The phase structure of MnZn ferrite powders were analysized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The result shows that nanosized MnZn ferrite was synthesized at these temperatures, with an average crystal size of about 20-50nm, Besides, we also find that the heat treatment temperatures apparently affect the crystal size of MnZn ferrite.
